Eligibility: Share Your Story is open to anyone who has a point of view on what the Spirit of Caribbean Cricket means to them. Use of submissions from minors must be executed under the guidance and full permission of parents/guardians who are eighteen years and over.
Agreement to Guidelines: By submitting, you agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these guidelines, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility and submission requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse as final and binding as it relates to the content.
Initiative Period: Online submissions (audio, video, images and text) will be accepted as per the discretion of Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse.
How to Submit: Participants are invited to upload their photos, video, audio or text (comments/questions) in the required formats at https://www.spiritofcaribbeancricket.com/share-your-stories. All submissions will be vetted prior to publishing to the site. Unsuitable submissions will not be utilised. Submissions must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libellous or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person, or otherwise does not comply with the spirit of the initiative. By submitting, you are giving Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse rights to use and share your submission(s). If you use any mode of fraudulent methods, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the guidelines your submission will be declined.
Rights Granted by you: By submitting you understand that Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse, or anyone acting on behalf of Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse, or its respective licensees, successors and assignees will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your submission, including, without limitation, the submission and your name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image or statements about the initiative, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any compensation.
Terms: Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this initiative should (in their sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the initiative. Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse reserves the right at their sole discretion to disbar any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the submission process or the operation of the initiative or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the initiative may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Republic Bank Limited and Caribbean Ideas Synapse reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By submitting you agree to release and hold harmless Republic Bank Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assignees, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the initiative and/or his/her acceptance.
